Global Chinese Business Club (HKG:1757) said it plans to launch a new e-commerce business in China focused on developing and operating a comprehensive online platform, according to a March 13 Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the foundation works firm were up more than 2% in Monday afternoon trade.
The platform is expected to connect suppliers with consumers and offer integrated online-to-offline (O2O) services, including online transactions, supply chain management, digital marketing, and live-streaming sales.
