Tetratherix (ASX:TTX)said it has launched a new precision medicine franchise leveraging its Tetramatrix platform polymer, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

The company said the franchise will be immediately revenue-generating via an exclusive research and development agreement with US consumer health group Superpower Health, which will pay Tetratherix an exclusive licence payment of $3 million per year for up to 10 years.

Under the agreement, Superpower will also purchase Tetramatrix platform polymer, branded as STEPP, for nasal delivery of longevity and metabolic compounds such as GLP-1, peptides, and hormones in the US market, the filing added.

The company said the precision medicine franchise is entirely additive to its existing business, with revenue generated under the agreement expected to strengthen its cash position without diverting resources from core programs, which are funded through to the start of fiscal 2028.

Tetratherix continues to expect two FDA approvals in its bone regeneration franchise in mid-2026, the filing added.

The company's shares rose almost 28% in recent Monday trade.
