Treasury Wine Estates (ASX:TWE) received notice that JPMorgan Chase and its affiliates became a substantial holder of the company on March 12, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

JPMorgan Chase now owns 44.9 million shares in the company, representing 5.56% of the issued shares, the filing said.
