Swarmer (SWMR) said Wednesday it closed its initial public offering of 3.45 million shares at $5 apiece, raising $14.7 million after deducting underwriter discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses.

On Wednesday, the stock surged 77% to $55 in its second day of regular trading. The shares fell 7.3% in after-hours trading.
