CGN Power (HKG:1816, SHE:003816) issued two tranches of super short-term financing debentures totaling 2 billion yuan, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Hong Kong-listed shares of the power supplier were up nearly 1% in Thursday morning trade.
Each tranche amounted to 1 billion yuan, with a 268-day maturity and a 1.50% interest rate, accruing from March 18 and maturing on December 11.
Proceeds will be used to repay borrowings of the company's subsidiaries, the filing showed.
