Strike Energy Reports 19% Rise in West Erregulla Gas Reserves

Strike Energy (ASX:STX) said its 2P reserves within the West Erregulla gas field in Western Australia have increased 19% to 251 petajoules net to Strike, up from 211 petajoules previously, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

The company said there has been a partial conversion of 2U prospective resources to 2C contingent resources at Erregulla Deep, along with additional 2U prospective resources identified within the Kingia sandstone across exploration licences L25 and L26.

The estimates were independently audited by global oil and gas advisory firm Miller and Lents, it added.
