BUZZ-<a href="https://laohu8.com/S/XPEV">XPeng</a>'s US-listed shares down, EV firm expects Q1 revenue to decline

** U.S.-listed shares of Chinese EV maker XPeng XPEV.N fall 2.4% to $18.69 premarket

** XPEV says it expects Q1 revenue to be between 12.20 billion yuan and 13.28 billion yuan, representing a y/y decrease of about 16.01% to 22.84%

** Co reports revenue of 22.25 billion yuan ($3.23 billion) in Q4 vs analysts' avg est of 22.13 billion yuan, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Says it recorded a positive net profit for a single quarter for the first time

** Reports net profit of 383.2 million yuan, compared with a loss of 1.33 billion yuan a year ago

** As of last close, stock down ~6% this year
