--U.K. auto breakdown and recovery firm RAC Group has held talks with fund managers over a possible 5 billion-pound ($6.71 billion) initial public offering in London, Bloomberg reports, citing unnamed sources.
--The company--which is backed by private equity groups CVC Capital Partners and Silver Lake--could float this year, but no final decision on the offering or timing has been made, Bloomberg says.
--Representatives for RAC, CVC and Silver Lake declined to comment to Bloomberg.
