Greentown Service's (HKG:2869) profit attributable to equity shareholders rose to 880.2 million yuan for 2025, from 785.1 million yuan a year earlier, according to a March 20 Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the residential property manager were up over 5% in Monday morning trade.

Earnings per share came in at 0.280 yuan, compared with 0.214 yuan a year earlier.

Revenue rose 7% to 19.2 billion yuan from 17.9 billion yuan.

The board recommended a final dividend of HK$0.16 per share and a special dividend of HK$0.08 per share, up from HK$0.13 and HK$0.07 a year earlier, payable on or before July 9.
