PEACHTREE CITY, Ga., March 25, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Panasonic Automotive Systems America, LLC (PASA), today announced the appointment of Kevin Ostertag as President, effective April 1, 2026. Kevin succeeds Scott Kirchner, who has been serving in a dual role as both President of PASA and Global Chief Operating Officer $(COO)$ of Panasonic Automotive Systems Co., Ltd (PAS).

Since 2021, Kevin has served as Chief Financial Officer of PASA, where he played a key role strengthening performance, driving efficiencies and strategically positioning the organization for diversified growth.
