Chinasoft International (HKG:0354) booked 321.4 million yuan in attributable profit for 2025, down 37% from 512.9 million yuan in 2024, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Thursday.
Shares of the IT firm fell over 1% in afternoon trade Friday.
Earnings per share were 0.1222 yuan, compared with 0.1923 yuan in the prior year.
Revenue rose marginally to 17.03 billion yuan from 17 billion yuan in 2024.
The company also declared a dividend of HK$0.0466 per share, payable June 29 to shareholders of record on June 12.
