Zillow Group (Z, ZG) on Wednesday announced Zillow AI mode to support buyers and renters in the search for property.

The new offering is available in beta version to a select group of Zillow users, according to the company, adding that it intends to expand the offering throughout this year.

Zillow said Zillow AI provides neighborhood and local insights, schedules tours, forecasts cost ranges for repairs or upgrades, and compares options, among other features. The new offering integrates the company's Fair Housing Classifier to evaluate both client queries and AI responses.
