Fangzhou (HKG:6086) has appointed Wang Haijiao as chief executive officer with effect from Thursday, according to a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the online chronic disease management platform gained over 6% in Friday afternoon trade.

Wang has nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare investment and management, most recently serving as deputy general manager and executive partner at GTJA Investment Group, the filing said.
