HyTerra (ASX:HYT) entered a memorandum of understanding with ARA Natural Resources, a unit of Oman-based ARA Petroleum, to jointly evaluate geologic hydrogen opportunities in Oman, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

It will apply geophysical analysis, drilling, and reservoir evaluation to screen and rank opportunities across Oman.

The memorandum provides for an 18-month exclusivity period, and the parties will also assess regulatory, commercial, and permitting pathways in Oman while engaging with governmental and industry stakeholders.
