HKR International (HKG:0480) said the first phase of 320 homes in its Toscana residential project in Hong Kong's Discovery Bay North received approval for occupancy and pre-sale consent, according to a statement Wednesday.

The firm could begin sales of the initial one- to four-bedroom units as early as mid-year, according to a report by local newspaper The Standard.
