Cromwell Property Group (ASX:CMW) declared a dividend of AU$0.0075 per security for the quarter ending March 31, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The dividend will be paid on May 15, to shareholders on record as of April 1, the filing said.

The company paid a distribution of AU$0.0075 per security for the prior corresponding period, an earlier filing showed.
