China International Marine Containers (Group) (HKG:2039, SHE:000039) recorded a 93% decline in attributable profit in 2025 to 220.8 million yuan from 2.97 billion yuan a year prior, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Earnings per share stood at 0.02 yuan in the period, down from 0.53 yuan in the previous fiscal year.
The shipping equipment provider's revenue slipped 12% to 156.6 billion yuan from 177.7 billion yuan previously.
The firm proposed a cash dividend of 0.179 yuan per share for the year, payable by Aug. 31, subject to shareholder approval.
