Nortech Systems shares rose after the company swung to a profit in the fourth quarter.
The stock rose 11% to $11.00 in after-hours trading Thursday. Through the close, shares had gained 33% this year.
The electromedical products company swung to a profit of $897,000, or 32 cents a share, up from a loss of $1.5 million, or 54 cents a share, the year before.
Revenue rose to $30.3 million from $28.6 million the prior year.
Nortech also said it closed on $17.2 million in debt financing.
Chief Executive Jay Miller said the company has a growing customer backlog and successfully transferred key programs to optimized facilities.
