The Assembly Place's (SGX:TAP) profit attributable to owners fell by 8.3% in the second half of 2025 to SG$5.4 million from SG$5.9 million a year earlier, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Earnings per share dropped to SG$0.0164 compared with SG$0.0212 in the year-ago period.

Revenue rose 42% year over year to SG$15.3 million from SG$10.8 million.

Shares of the provider of co-living spaces were down over 2% in Monday trading.
