China XLX Fertiliser (HKG:1866) booked 932 million yuan in attributable profit for 2025, falling from 1.46 billion yuan in 2024, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing on Friday.
Shares of the fertilizer firm gained over 6% in late morning trade Monday.
Earnings per share were 0.75 yuan, compared with 1.18 yuan in the prior year.
Revenue rose to 25.35 billion yuan from 23.13 billion yuan in 2024.
The firm also proposed a dividend of 0.32 yuan per share.
