Apollo Global Management (APO) is considering locations in the Sun Belt region for its second headquarters in the US, alongside New York, the Financial Times reported Sunday, citing sources familiar with the matter.

The locations under consideration include Austin, Texas, south Florida and Nashville, the unnamed sources told the publication, adding that the company surveyed partners and managing directors for their preferences.

Apollo didn't immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for a comment.
