Alphabet (GOOG, GOOGL) subsidiary Google's partner, Tenex.ai, said Tuesday it has raised $250 million.
The funding round was led by Crosspoint Capital Partners, the cybersecurity startup said.
Bloomberg also reported that Shield Capital and DeepWork Capital are taking part in the funding round, which values the company at more than $1 billion.
The company said it plans to hire more than 250 new personnel including engineers and salespeople, as well as expanding in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
In addition to Google, the company is partnered with Microsoft (MSFT), and Amazon.com (AMZN), Bloomberg reported.
