Maase (MAAS) said Tuesday that it has finalized the purchase of Times Good, which controls artificial intelligence software developer Huazhi Group.
The sellers involved in the deal now hold nearly 20% of Maase's total issued share capital and roughly 8% of its voting power, the company said.
The acquired business focuses on algorithm research and high-performance computing to support corporate digital transformations and public infrastructure management, Maase said.
Shares of Maase were up nearly 9% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
