StoneX (SNEX) said Tuesday its wholly owned subsidiary StoneX Financial acquired WCS International, a UK-based wholesale banknotes trading and distribution business.

The acquisition adds banknotes trading services to its existing cross-border payments business, the company said.

Shares of StoneX were 1.5% higher in Tuesday trading.
