Associated Banc-Corp (ASB) said Wednesday it has completed its merger with American National Corporation, and its American National Bank unit.

American National systems, customers, and branch locations are projected to transition to Associated in Q3, the company said.

Associated Banc-Corp has total assets of about $50 billion and is the largest bank holding company based in Wisconsin, the company said.
