(NYSE: GFL) (TSX: GFL) (GFL), the fourth-largest diversified environmental services company in North America. BGL's Environmental Services investment banking team served as lead financial advisor to Frontier in the transaction. The specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2017, Frontier is a leading vertically integrated solid waste and recycling company providing full-service waste capabilities to commercial, residential, municipal, and industrial customers across the largest population centers in Texas.
