Bitfarms (BITF) said Wednesday it has completed its redomiciliation to the US from Canada and rebranded to Keel Infrastructure, a company that develops data centers and energy infrastructure for high-computing workloads, including artificial intelligence.

The company said it completed its move after the Ontario Superior Court of Justice approved its statutory plan of arrangement last week.

Keel Infrastructure is now the parent company and will carry on the business of Bitfarms and its subsidiaries, with an executive office in New York City, the company said.

Each Bitfarms common share was acquired by Keel Infrastructure in exchange for one common share of Keel, which is expected to trade on Nasdaq and the Toronto Stock Exchange under the ticker KEEL from Monday, while Bitfarms stock will be delisted, according to the company.

Shares of the company were up 1.5% in Wednesday morning trading.
