RH said its revenue was impacted by tariffs and adverse winter weather in the fiscal fourth quarter, and projected revenue to decline in the current first quarter.

The home-furnishings company on Tuesday recorded a profit of $28.8 million, or $1.46 a share, for the quarter ended Jan. 31, compared with a profit of $13.9 million, or 69 cents a share, a year earlier.

On an adjusted basis, the company recorded earnings of $1.53 a share, short of the $2.20 expected by analysts polled by FactSet.

Revenue rose to $842.6 million, up from $812.4 million a year prior. Analysts were expecting $873.2 million in revenue.

The company said revenue was negatively impacted by about $30 million due to tariff-related resourcing. Revenue took another roughly $10 million hit due to adverse weather at the end of the quarter, the company said.

For the current first quarter, the company expects revenue to fall between 2% and 4%. Analysts were expecting revenue to climb to $876.7 million.

RH is projecting full-year revenue growth of between 4% and 8% in fiscal 2026, with adjusted free cash flow between $300 million and $400 million.

Shares fell 19% to $112 in after-hours trading on Tuesday. The stock closed up 5.9% at $139.82, down 40% over the past year.
