CARE Ratings (NSE:CARERATING, BOM:534804) said its Chief Information and Technology Officer, Nadir Bhalwani has resigned from the company with effect from March 31, according to a Wednesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.

Bhalwani cited personal reasons for the resignation.

The company's shares were up nearly 5% in recent trade.
