Enviro Infra Engineers (NSE:EIEL, BOM:544290) has bagged five new orders worth 14.8 billion Indian rupees in March, according to a Thursday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
This includes orders of 10.7 billion Indian rupees for battery energy storage systems (BESS), marking its entry into the segment within the renewable energy space.
The new projects have a combined capacity of 930 MWh and will help the company's geographical expansion into the Indian states of Bihar, Assam and Telangana.
The company's shares were down over 2% in recent trade.
