Aurelia Metals (ASX:AMI) has finalized a AU$150 million senior secured financing deal with Citi, Credeq, and HSBC, comprising a AU$110 million rehabilitation bonding facility (RBF) and a AU$40 million revolving credit facility (RCF), according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The RBF offers three and five-year tranches, while the RCF has a three-year term with no amortization, cash backing, or mandatory hedging requirements, per the filing.
The new financing replaces the existing AU$65 million RBF and $17.46 million Trafigura loan note advance, releasing around AU$38 million of previously restricted cash for rehabilitation bonds, the filing said.
