RH PetroGas' (SGX:T13) group chief executive officer, Francis Chang Cheng-Hsing, will retire from the role, effective Dec. 31, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the upstream oil and gas company were down over 1% in Wednesday trading.

The company has already started its search for a replacement and will provide updates in due course.
