Kyndryl (KD) said Thursday it has launched Agentic Service Management to help enterprises transition to autonomous workflows from traditional service operations.

The new tool is offered through Kyndryl Consult. It assesses a company's current state and reduces gaps throughout service management, artificial intelligence governance, security, and operations.

Kyndryl said it is also deploying the new tool within its internal operations to upgrade its IT services to clients.
