Genpact (G) and Parallel Web Systems said Wednesday that they have collaborated to address enterprise challenges in information search and retrieval and web intelligence throughout business operations.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.

The partnership will leverage Parallel's artificial intelligence-native web agents and web search tools through application programming interface technology, according to the companies.

The parties said that Parallel is now part of of the Genpact Enterprise Reference Architecture for AI systems.

Genpact's stock was up 1% in Wednesday premarket activity.
