SMX (SMX) reported Monday the launch of its Digital Material Passport Platform, a foundational system for identification, tracking, and tokenisation of real-world assets across global supply chains.

Shares soared 75% as intraday trading volume catapulted to over 18.1 million from a daily average of about 518,000.

Neurocrine Biosciences (NBIX) said Monday it has struck a deal to buy Soleno Therapeutics (SLNO) for $53.00 a share in cash to expand its endocrinology and rare disease portfolio. The deal

represents a total equity value of $2.9 billion.

Shares of Soleno surged 32% as intraday trading volume soared to over 48.7 million from a daily average of roughly 1.69 million.
