Create SD's (TYO:3148) profit attributable to owners of the parent climbed 9.1% to 12.2 billion yen for the nine months ended Feb. 28 from 11.2 billion yen a year earlier.

The drug store operator's earnings per share increased to 188.93 yen from 173.16 yen a year ago, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Monday.

Net sales rose 7.9% to 366.2 billion yen from 339.5 billion yen in the prior year.

For the fiscal year ending May 31, the company expects attributable profit of 16.3 billion yen, EPS of 252.31 yen, and net sales of 491.5 billion yen.

Create SD plans to pay a year-end dividend of 45.00 yen per share, which is higher than the 44.00 yen year-end dividends paid in the prior year-ago period.
