Diebold Nixdorf (DBD) will join the S&P SmallCap 600 index before market open on April 10, the S&P Dow Jones Indices said in a late Tuesday statement.

The company will replace Sealed Air (SEE), which is being acquired by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice in a deal expected to close on April 9, according to a statement.
