Summerset Group (ASX:SNZ, NZE:SUM) reported 365 sales of occupation rights for the quarter ended March 31, up from 290 during the same period last year, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Total new sales increased by 34% to 177 from 132 in the year prior, and resales increased 19% to 188 from 158, the filing said.
The company is set to build a further 650 to 700 homes across New Zealand and 100 to 150 in Australia this year, per the filing.
Summerset Group shares rose 1% in afternoon trade in New Zealand.
