Kyndryl (KD) said Thursday it has launched Kyndryl Digital Twin for the Workplace, an AI-powered tool built on Microsoft (MSFT) Foundry to help organizations anticipate and resolve technology issues and prevent workflow disruptions.

The platform continuously analyzes signals from employee devices and applications to proactively detect problems, trigger alerts, and dispatch support before systems fail, the company said.

Running on Microsoft Azure, the tool provides a virtual representation of workplace health using simulated user personas to identify performance slowdowns while maintaining privacy, Kyndryl said.

Shares of Kyndryl and Microsoft were down 1.5% and 1.9%, respectively, in Thursday trading.
