Be Friends Holding (HKG:1450) granted 6.5 million awarded shares to employees under its share award plan, according to an April 10 Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the media company were down nearly 4% in late-morning trade on Monday.

The awarded shares were granted at nil consideration and will vest between April 2027 and April 2029, subject to performance targets.
