Vertiv Holdings (VRT) said Monday that it acquired BMarko Structures, which provides custom-engineered structural fabrication.

Financial details were not disclosed.

Vertiv said the acquisition gives its Infrastructure Solutions business in North America a critical structural fabrication capability.
