Zixin Group's (SGX:42W) subsidiary, Zixin Enterprise (Singapore), established a joint venture company, Zixin Fresh Import & Export, with AANDJ Group to start on its fresh agricultural products distribution business in the city-state, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

AANDJ focuses on consultancy, trade, and strategic business development, with focus on fresh produce supply chains, operations, and digitalization initiatives.

Based on the agreement, Zixin Singapore will have a 70% stake in the JV, while AANDJ will have a 30% interest.
