Allied Gaming & Entertainment (AGAE) shares rose 123% in Wednesday premarket activity, a day after the experiential entertainment company said it reached a mutual agreement with Knighted Pastures to resolve all outstanding matters.

New Concept Energy (GBR) stock was up 25% after the company said overnight that it signed a subscription deal to sell 2 million of its common shares to Realty Advisors for at least $1 apiece.

Snap (SNAP) shares were up 11% after the company said it will cut about 16% of its global workforce, roughly 1,000 employees.

GitLab (GTLB) stock was up over 6%, a day after the company said it expanded its collaboration with Alphabet's (GOOG, GOOGL) Google Cloud, allowing customers to use Google's Vertex AI models to power the GitLab Duo Agent Platform.
