Voyah Automotive Technology (HKG:7489) said its controlling shareholder Dongfeng Motor Group (HKG:0489) plans to increase its stake in the business, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Tuesday.

Dongfeng Motor, which already owns 69.47% of the business, plans to invest an additional 250 million yuan within 12 months in the company's H shares.
