FS.com (HKG:3355) said the overallotment option in its Hong Kong initial public offering was partially exercised on Friday, with the issue of 5.7 million additional shares at HK$41.60 each, according to a same-day bourse filing.

The additional shares represent about 14.2% of the total offer shares available under the global offering before the exercise of the overallotment option.

The company expects to raise about HK$228.1 million in additional net proceeds.

Dealings in the over-allotment shares are expected to begin on April 23, the filing said.
