Cango (CANG) said Wednesday that Simon Ming Yeung Tang has been appointed as chief financial officer and a director, effective immediately.

Tang, who most recently served as chief investment officer, succeeds Yongyi Zhang as CFO and Chang-Wei Chiu as a director, the company said.
