0321 GMT - China's consumer stocks outlook is still positive, according to Daiwa analyst Steven Nie in a research note. Nie sees offline traffic recovery as a key theme for restaurants, freshly-made drinks and breweries this year, which should widen profit pools across the catering value chain. Daiwa expects Guming to maintain positive same-store sales growth thanks to coffee sales ramp-up, and sees potentially higher average selling prices for China Resources Beer's heading into the peak summer season. "The Iran-U.S. war presents attractive entry points for quality names with distinctive growth and rerating catalysts, in our view," he says. Preferred stocks include Guming, Atour Lifestyle, Anker Innovations Technology, Nongfu Spring, China Mengniu Dairy, and China Resources Beer. (tracy.qu@wsj.com)
