X-Energy said late Thursday it priced its upsized initial public offering of about 44.3 million of its class A common shares at $23 apiece.
The company said it has provided a 30-day option to the underwriters to acquire up to an additional 6.6 million of its class A common shares.
X-energy said it expects its shares to start trading on Nasdaq under the "XE" symbol from April 24, adding that it intends to close the IPO on Monday.
