1347 GMT - The EU's bill for fossil fuel imports has increased by more than 27 billion euros ($31.62 billion) in 60 days of the Middle East conflict, European Commission president Ursula von der Leyen says during a European Parliament debate Wednesday. The war's consequences could echo for years to come, she says. "This is the second major energy crisis in the short span of four years.
