1249 ET - Weyerhaeuser says the conflict in Iran is increasing export costs in the timber industry. Executives say the conflict has reinvigorated inflationary pressures and increased macroeconomic uncertainty. Higher fuel costs are impacting log and haul costs, fertilizer, transportation and resin costs. Right now, those costs are resulting in a $10 million monthly headwind, management says.
